What a value statement is actually for

It is not a slogan. It is a plain answer to the question every employer is really asking: what changes if we hire you?

The structure: I help [who] achieve [what] through [capabilities], supported by [evidence].

If you are a graduate, career changer, or returning to work after a break, the same structure holds. Your evidence comes from studies, projects, volunteering or the work you did before — it counts, and it is worth naming.

We will not write it for you. This tool assembles your own answers into drafts and points out where they are thin. It never invents an employer, a qualification, a skill or a number on your behalf.
