Building capability for growth.
We help people strengthen their capabilities, prepare for work and progress in their careers — and help employers turn skills spend into real capability and recognised scorecard value.
What we do
Capability is built, not found. Some of the strongest people in a business arrived without the full skill set and grew into it because somebody invested.
We design and deliver practical training that meets people where they are: work readiness for those entering employment, professional skills for those establishing themselves, and development for those stepping into leading others.
Because we also recruit, we see the gap between what employers advertise for and what the market can actually supply. That view shapes what we teach.
How we help
Work readiness
Preparing people entering employment for what the workplace actually expects — from timekeeping and workplace communication to understanding a payslip.
Workplace communication and professional skills
Writing clearly, speaking with confidence, working across teams and handling difficult conversations well.
Leadership and supervisor development
Support for people moving from doing the work to leading those who do — the promotion most often made on technical strength and least often supported.
Tailored workforce training
Programmes designed around a specific team, site or business requirement rather than pulled from a catalogue.
Accredited training, through our training partners.
Not every programme needs to be accredited. A two-day supervisory workshop that changes how a team runs is worth doing whether or not it carries credits.
But where you need a nationally recognised outcome — for a scorecard, a regulatory requirement, or a person's own progression — we deliver through accredited training partners whose programmes are registered with the relevant SETA or the QCTO and sit on the National Qualifications Framework.
We will tell you plainly, before you commit, which of the two you are buying.
Learnerships
Structured programmes combining theoretical learning with workplace practice, leading to an occupational qualification registered on the NQF. Typically run over twelve months.
Skills programmes
Shorter accredited training carrying at least one NQF credit. Credits can accumulate towards a full qualification over time.
Short courses and workshops
Practical training built for immediate application. No credits, no long enrolment — and honest about being exactly that.
Making your skills levy work.
If your annual payroll exceeds R500,000, you already pay the Skills Development Levy — 1% of payroll, every month. Most employers pay it and claim nothing back.
Submit a Workplace Skills Plan and an Annual Training Report to your SETA and 20% of what you paid returns as a mandatory grant. Beyond that, discretionary grants fund learnerships and priority skills.
The submission deadline is 30 April each year. Miss it and the mandatory grant for that cycle is gone.
How we help you use it
- Identify which of the 21 SETAs your business falls under
- Build a Workplace Skills Plan that reflects real capability gaps, not a form-filling exercise
- Compile the Annual Training Report from training actually delivered
- Design learnerships that qualify for discretionary grant funding
- Keep the evidence a SETA verification will ask for

The ESD layer
Skills Development and Enterprise & Supplier Development are two separate elements of the B-BBEE scorecard. They are often confused. We work across both, and we are careful to keep them distinct.
Skills Development
Training spend on black employees, and learnerships, apprenticeships and internships for unemployed black learners. This is where our training programmes contribute directly.
- Accredited programmes through our training partners
- Learnerships for both employed and unemployed learners
- Evidence and reporting your verification agency will accept
Enterprise & Supplier Development
Developing black-owned suppliers and enterprises so they can win and deliver real work. Money alone rarely does it — capability does.
- Capability building for your ESD beneficiaries, so support becomes capacity
- Work readiness and supervisory training inside supplier businesses
- Recruitment support to help a growing supplier staff up properly
A clear process
Understand the gap
What people can do now, what the business needs them to do, and what the scorecard or regulator requires.
Design the programme
Content, duration, delivery and accreditation route built around your context. We tell you upfront whether it carries credits.
Deliver the training
Practical sessions with real exercises rather than passive presentation, through our accredited partners where accreditation is required.
Support the transfer
Helping what was learned survive contact with the working week.
Report and review
Evidence for your ATR and verification file, and an honest look at what actually changed.
Free resources they can use today
Our Talent Tools are open to everyone — your staff, your learners and your ESD beneficiaries included. No account, no cost, nothing stored by us.
Plan a training programme
Tell us who needs developing and what should be different afterwards. If your interest is scorecard-related, say so and we will bring the right detail to the first conversation.
