Prepare your story. Present your value.
Build the examples that carry an interview, practise the questions you will be asked, and prepare the ones you will ask them.
What are you preparing for?
Optional, but it tailors the questions below.
Build your examples
Five good examples will answer most of what an interview asks. Write each as Situation, Task, Action, Result — and keep the Action longest.

Everything on this list is within your control.
After the interview
Fill this in within the hour, while it is fresh. It makes the next one better.
What this tool cannot do
It reads the structure of what you write — whether an answer has context, your own contribution, and an outcome. That is genuinely useful, and it is the limit.
It cannot judge whether you are right for a role, predict whether you will be hired, or infer anything about your personality or honesty from an answer. Anything that claims otherwise is guessing. Practise out loud with a person as well.
